We’d worked with the PR & Communication Manager from Bath Building Society in a previous life, so when she got in touch to let us know she’d moved on and needed some help we jumped at the chance, two-fold.
Before 2013, Bath Building Society (BBS) hadn’t had a dedicated marketing manager, and all customer engagement had been organised by individual departments. Already a reputable brand with great presence with customers and community alike, we were initially asked to design a creative advertising campaign for their mortgages.
Following the roll out of a creative advertising campaign, we went on to redefine the brand itself – taking the essence of what BBS had built over the years and developed it, refreshing the brand to create a distinctive look and feel synonymous with BBS. We have developed a new set of brand guidelines, bought a little more consistency to overall collateral and helped with various successful advertising campaigns. As a mutual building society, owned by its ‘Members’, we also developed their Annual Report and Members’ Review which updates their customers on the year’s performance. And of course, there was the Fireworks campaign too…
As is understandable with any financial organisation, a number of compliance measures have to be taken before new collateral can be rolled out. However, we have nearly completed all core elements for BBS, with the last pieces being finalised. Aligned with the new corporate website we have designed and built, the work is a lovely example of a local brand.
DNA feel like part of our team. They are always there when you need them and have been able to take on any project that I throw at them!
They have recently built us a new, fresh website that is already proving so much better than our last one. The process was seamless, they seemed to handle everything from the design, build and all the “techy” stuff in between, and they proof read everything which is a very rare service these days.
They have some brilliant ideas and are always willing to help.
