We developed a careers website for Endsleigh to replace the careers pages on their corporate site.
Develop a stand alone careers site that's on-brand and also gives the in-house recruitment team as much control over content as possible, including an approvals process for editors and super users.
We'd recently developed the employee value proposition (EVP) and employer brand for Endsleigh and we developed the design for the careers site in line with that. The site is built on a content management system with a publishing approvals process so the recruitment team have full control over content and can be largely self sufficient. As part of the development, we included a range of engaging candidate focused features such as a cultural quiz, videos, people profiles and social media integration. We also integrated with their applicant tracking system, Talent Link. As well as information about the various opportunities at Endsleigh, the site has a dedicated graduate and apprenticeship section for use when those attraction campaigns are running.
The website has been live since October 2012 and has undergone a programme of continuous improvement striving to offer the most engaging candidate experience possible.
