We developed an EVP, employer brand and careers site for Joules.
Joules wanted to create a compelling employer brand and develop a careers site to improve the candidate experience and highlight the range of opportunities on offer. They had a tight budget which we needed to work within and maximise to create the best possible outcome.
We developed an EVP and an employer brand, 'Careers with a splash of colour', which highlighted that Joules offered careers with a difference. It highlighted their quirky heritage and spoke to commercial, can-do people who are both passionate and practical and who would help drive this leading lifestyle brand forwards. This was brought to life with a careers site which included people profiles, information on each role and department, told their story via a slideshow and intergrated with their applicant tracking system seamlessly. The site is fully responsive, ensuring all candidates get the best possible experience whether visiting from mobile, tablet or a desktop device.
Joules Careers launched in May 2015 and receives thousands of visitors each month.
