We developed a careers website for Superdry – including versions for the UK, Germany, France, Belgium, Italy, Spain and the USA.
While Superdry is a popular and well known consumer brand, it wasn’t recognised as a destination employer. They wanted to position themselves as a leading employer in the fashion sector. They needed a responsive careers website that would attract and engage quality applicants at all levels of the business. Every potential employee is also a potential customer too, so they wanted the experience to be as good as it possibly could be.
We designed the website to provide engaging and immersive content to potential candidates in an intuitive way. We wanted visitors to the site to be able to get the information they needed easily while still reflecting the overall Superdry brand. We created content that would help candidates with their application journey, making it easy for them to self-select in and out of the process and equipping them with the information they needed to make an informed choice, using tools like quizzes, employee videos, typical day slideshows, and career path information.
Creatively, we designed the website to display a unique employer brand, while maintaining a link with the ecommerce site. We made sure it had the flexibility to change with the seasons, which was crucial for keeping the site reflective of current trends and products.
The site has proved incredibly popular with both Superdry employees and external candidates. Feedback from interviewees has been positive and they have commented on how useful they found the website for both the application process and the information it provided on company culture, as well as pre-interview support and guidance.

The website continues to be a success and is Superdry’s primary recruitment tool. We continue to roll out careers sites for other countries globally. The UK site has been visited more than 2.5 million times by over 1.6m unique users, extending their reach into the talent market and potential consumers.
