Corporate Website - Financial Services Bath Building Society

In a nutshell

We developed a responsive corporate website in line with the recent brand refresh also undertaken by DNA.

The challenge

Create a user friendly experience with simple and intuitive navigation and give site control to the marketing manager, department heads and compliance team.

The solution

We designed and developed a website in line with the recent brand refresh. The site took existing content, reorganised it and placed it on a content management system which gives full control to Bath Building Society. There is an approvals workflow to ensure that a super user or compliance user signs off any changes made in the system, as the Society adheres to strict financial regulations. 

The outcome

The site has been live since June 2014 and is getting 60% of its traffic from organic search. Users spend an average of 2 minutes 30 seconds on the site and the bounce rate is well below average. 25% of traffic is coming from mobile devices, making the investment in a responsive website worthwhile.
