Employer brand and careers site development Opus Talent Solutions

Opus Careers

In a nutshell

Opus Talent Solutions asked us to develop an employer brand and careers site to advertise their global opportunities across the talent lifecycle.

The challenge

Opus Talent Solutions had recently re-branded to become a talent solutions consultancy. They wanted us to create an employer brand and careers site to promote their opportunities worldwide.

The solution

The employer brand utilises words before ‘Opus’ to promote a range of key messages about working for them. Examples include: Diversely Opus, Radically Opus, Relentlessly Opus, Energetically Opus. This was used as a vehicle for messaging across a range of printed and digital communication channels including a careers site, social media and advertising.

The careers site features people profiles, information about the various opportunities on offer, job pages optimised for Google for Jobs and social feeds.

The outcome

The employer brand has been well received and, coupled with the new careers site https://careers.opustalentsolutions.com/ and targeted advertising, has lead to a dramatic increase in the number of applications and the quality of applications. It has also had a positive impact on diversity. Before the launch the split of applications was 90% male, 10% female and now it's 50/50.

What our client said

“The DNA team are superb, they are creative, detail focused, strategic and fun! They not only supported us through the re-brand, but continue to work  collaboratively with Opus as an extension of our marketing team. Their insight, experience and vision has been invaluable, and we continue to reap the rewards of their support an expertise.“
