We developed an onboarding website to inform new starters about what to expect from their new career and make them business ready and engaged from day one.
Endsleigh wanted to offer decision support to new starters and make sure they were ready and engaged from day one. The site had to be on brand and delivered within a tight budget.
Utilising the design of the careers site and employer brand we created a consistent experience for candidates, although we included some visual distinction between the sites. The site is built on a content management system giving the recruitment team full control over the site's content including all pages and the blog. From day one, and beyond, the site gives new starters information about what to expect, more information about benefits and development opportunities and about how to accept the offer of employment. It shares FAQs and uses the Linkedin API so new starters can see who else they know at Endsleigh within their wider network.
