We developed an onboarding site to enable new starters to return documentation prior to day one to make them business ready from the offset.
Develop a password protected site where the recruitment team could create user accounts for new starters and assign them tasks to complete. The site had to follow strict brand guidelines.
We worked in partnership with the marketing and recruitment team to produce a password protected* onboarding website. HR system administrators can create new user accounts for new starters and then send them login details to access the site. As part of the user set-up the HR user adds information for the new starter to complete and informs them about important benefits information.
The site is used for all new starters and has been live for over three years. It streamlines the onboarding process, provides consistency and ensures new starters begin on their first day with all paperwork completed in advance.
