We explore your current process and identify ways technology could improve it for your team and for candidates. We meet with you to understand what you need to achieve, what your objectives are and what would offer return on investment over a 3-5 year period. We develop a requirements matrix that captures all details and nuances for your organisation.
Based on your requirements and budget, we choose a long list of suppliers to send your RFI to. We manage this process, send the RFI and requirements matrix, collate feedback and interrogate responses. At this point, we offer negotiate on cost based on your budget.
We create a report detailing the responses and make a recommendation on who to short list for demo. We meet to discuss the report and help you in decision making.
Once we have agreed who is shortlisted, we create a scenario for the demo meetings to ensure all suppliers can be benchmarked against each other. We then organise the demos and attend them, asking questions to ensure you understand what each supplier can offer.
We can help with your decision making following demo and can also work with you to negotiate the final costs of your solution.
Often clients who use this service also have a careers site built by us. We will have factored integration requirements into the RFI but can now work with the chosen supplier on integration.
