Current jobs: Account Executive - Bristol

We are a friendly team based at Paintworks in Bristol. We currently have the following vacancies:

Account Executive

Does this sound like you?

Well, you’re reading this for a reason, so let’s see if it’s the same reason we’ve written it. You’re looking to join a small but perfectly formed advertising and communications agency in Bristol, doing some cracking work for lovely clients, including some well-known household names. You’re probably looking to join a team as an Account Exec. Obviously you’ll be happy going in at entry level because that way you’ll get to do a bit of everything around the office working with, and supporting, the studio and the client services team.

How are we doing so far? On the right lines?

So, back to what you’re looking for. You’re keen to crack on with a whole pile of tasks. The sort of tasks you’ll be happy doing could be anything from media research, desk based research, writing blogs, case studies or social media posts, content loading and website testing and producing analytical reports or documents, such as proposals and PowerPoints. You’ll also be comfortable analysing survey results and presenting data, processing adverts, proof reading, managing social media and sorting out the office management such as answering incoming calls, booking couriers, ordering stationery, making drinks for clients and - to use the correct terminology - general office stuff.

What we’re looking for is all of the above nicely parcelled up in someone who has excellent attention to detail, is confident, resilient, shows initiative and can demonstrate a willingness to learn. You’ll ask the right questions to get to the heart of a brief and will be just as happy working on your own or as part of a team. We want someone who can multi-task, provide support and prioritise. Above all someone who generally cares about their work, has bags of energy and a positive outlook.

Still reading? What do you reckon then? If you’ve got relevant experience and have a degree – great. If not, that’s not a problem. As for the salary, it’ll be whatever’s right for the right person. You’ll also get 22 days’ holiday, a budget to train you up for whatever you see fit and a biscuit tin that just never seems to be empty.

Drop us a sparkling covering letter along with your CV and salary expectations to and hopefully we’ll have a chat. And a biscuit. Good luck.
