We are a friendly team based at Paintworks in Bristol. We are on the look-out for an experienced Account Director. More details on the role and how to apply are below.
Here’s a cracking opportunity for the right person and now is a really exciting time to join us. ‘Us’ being DNA. If you don’t know much about us, we help clients create strong brands and better businesses. For some we help them find, keep and engage the staff they need. For others, we help them find, keep and engage the customers they need. And for many, we do both. And your part in all of that is pretty integral.
We’ve got an enviable list of clients and we like to think we look after them well. Whether that’s going to visit them at their offices, hosting them here at The Paintworks or socialising with them at one of our many client events. We’re extremely proud of the work that we’ve done for them and continue to do on a daily basis. Everything from EVPs and Employer Brands to employee engagement, careers sites, corporate websites, brand strategy, print, social media and a fair bit more. Whatever it is, you’ll be just as happy delivering the very best to the very best.
Because we’re growing, we’re looking for someone who’s got a bit of drive. A bit of oomph. A bit of something special. Someone who takes what they do seriously but is also just as happy not taking themselves too seriously. There’s no point coming to work and not enjoying yourself and we like to think we have a great team of people who do just that. You’ll get all sorts of benefits from a training and development budget through to lunch on us every Wednesday and daily use of the biscuit tin, to name but three. You’ll need to be experienced (or ready for a step up) and know your stuff - that’s a given - but the most important thing is that you’ll have a genuine desire to put our clients first and to deliver creative solutions that give real results. So, if you’ve got this far, you’re probably interested. Good. Now all you need to do is to make us interested in you, so ping John, our Managing Partner, an email (email@example.com) and tell us a bit more.
Good luck and hopefully we’ll see you soon.
