Aldermore had a great range of development options available to their employees, but it wasn’t always clear what they were. It was also encouraged that employees owned their own development but to do that it would need to be really clear what was available and how to access it. We needed a visual, engaging way to communicate clearly the learning and development opportunities available.
We created an interactive guide to what development opportunities were available from learning new soft skills, on-the-job training and professional qualifications to leadership programmes. The document allowed an employee to understand the ‘Space [they had] todevelop’ and how to access it, where appropriate.
Using creative design, an interactive PDF and engaging copy we were able to take employees on a journey of what was on offer while giving them the tool to owning their path.
