Joules
Joules need to ensure all new starters have access to information from day one. Ensuring the various senior leaders, who needed to do sessions, were available was becoming challenging. They asked us to devise a way of conveying the critical information in a consistent way for everyone.
We developed a hybrid film of animation and footage of senior leaders talking through the critical information. This ensured everyone has access to the same experience and could receive the information on day one rather than waiting for availability.
The film was well received by Joules and fulfilled its mission of giving engaging and consistent information to new starters in a timely way – and in doing so freed up hours of senior leaders’ time to focus on other aspects of the onboarding and induction experience.
